Here are some ways you can help:

Be an advocate of a HEALTHY BODY IMAGE. Stand up against the stereotypes fed to us by the media

You can donate your time or money to these organizations:

Renfrew Center Foundation: www.renfrew.org

National Eating Disorder Association: http://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org/

Eating Disorder Coalition: http://www.eatingdisorderscoalition.org/

Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders: http://www.anad.org

And there are many more...
Everyone is WORTHY of a life without an Eating Disorder. Help make a stand. Help save the lives of many who suffer.

This is my mask of Recovery

To get to know me a little more there was an article in the Lincoln Journal Star about the journey I have taken towards recovery. Click on the link below.

I am a singer/songwriter that writes songs about my recovery from an Eating Disorder. I use these songs in community and school events to educate on positive body image, self-esteem, and Eating Disorders. I also use them to help others who suffer. And they also help me through my recovery process.

I was on a documentary you can see the trailer at the site below.
